Open Courses Earlybird discount - Terms and Conditions

The Development Company is offering 5% Earlybird discount on all Open Courses booked and paid for at least 2 months in advance of the course dates. Please read Terms and Conditions below:

1. All course fees must be sent with the course registration form. We do accept credit cards. A VAT invoice will be sent to you on receipt. No course place will be reserved until the payment has cleared.
2. Cancellations/postponements will attract a £30 administration fee if made at least 14 days prior to the course date. If cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice or a delegate fails to attend, no refund will be given.
3. Delegates may be substituted with no additional fee payable.
4. If there are no places available on the requested course alternative dates will be given or a full refund will be offered.
5. Early bird places are transferable provided the date of the course being transferred to is at least 2 months from the date the transfer is requested. Otherwise the amount of the discount will become payable. All other clauses apply.
